Blandford v. Garlock Sealing Technologies (Cuyahoga Co., Ohio, Ct. C.P. 2003): The firm won a verdict of $6.4 million to the family of a pipe-and-steam-fitter who died of asbestos-related mesothelioma.

Ytuarte v. Quigley (El Paso Co., Texas, Ct. at Law 2004): The firm won a $5.2 million verdict for the family of a tradesman who died of asbestos-related mesothelioma.
